Emmanuel Bien-Aime

A resident of Haiti, Emmanuel has invested himself in bettering the lives of  Haitians since his teens.  He started volunteering as a youth at a school his mother ran in Cite Soleil.  He later ran a government program for 400 street youth aimed at keeping them from a life of crime and ultimately ending up in jail as is often the case for these high risk kids.  He continues working with street kids and their communities, encouraging them to fight for a better future.

GBA Foundation For Life works primarily in the inner city areas of the capital, Port au Prince as well as north of Port au Prince near the town of Cabaret.

GBA Foundation For Life founders were prompted to action by examining their personal faith in Jesus Christ in the face of the injustice and disparity in this world.

GBA Foundation For Life recognizes the value of every life without exception and, using the opportunity they have been given in life, work to restore dignity and hope to the lives they encounter.
